With 15 years of experience in education—including seven years as an elementary classroom teacher and eight years as a Dean of Culture—she brings deep expertise in culture development, behavior systems, instructional leadership, and community-focused support. Her work is grounded in hands-on experience in Title I schools and a commitment to improving outcomes for all students.

Since beginning her consulting work in 2019 while being a committed Dean of Culture in Denver Public Schools, Heidi has experience in working with school leadership teams to strengthen four key areas: building proactive culture systems, implementing effective tiered systems of student support, providing high-quality professional development and coaching, and enhancing family and community engagement. Her approach is collaborative, data-driven, and rooted in the belief that strong connections in junction with strong, sustainable systems are the foundation of successful schools.

Heidi holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Certificate in Elementary Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of New England.

Her leadership and impact have earned national recognition, including features in Marquis Who’s Who of Professional Women (2024), The Wall Street Journal’s Who’s Who of Distinguished Leaders (2024), and Vogue’s Top Educator of 2024.

Through her consulting work, Heidi provides schools with the guidance, structure, and coaching needed to create positive, supportive, and high-achieving environments where both students and educators can thrive.
